What this is

HORHI is an independent music project: a continuous radio stream at horhi.com and the releases of the artist Horhi. This document covers the website and the private publishing tool used to distribute the project's own videos to social platforms.

The publishing tool is operated by the project owner for the project's own accounts. It is not a public service and does not accept registrations from third parties.

Using the site

Listening to the stream requires no account. An account is optional and is used for likes, listening history and shout-outs.

You agree not to interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated means to overload it.

Content and rights

All music, voice and artwork published under HORHI are created by the project.

You may not redistribute, resell or claim authorship of the project's recordings without written permission.

Social platform integrations

The publishing tool connects to social platforms through their official APIs, including the TikTok Content Posting API. Content is published only to accounts owned by the project, only after an explicit action by the operator, and always with settings chosen manually for each post.

Use of those platforms is additionally governed by their own terms. Publishing through the tool does not transfer any rights in the content to the tool.

Availability

The service is provided as is, without warranty. The stream, the site and the publishing tool may be interrupted for maintenance or changed at any time.

These terms may be updated. The date above always reflects the current version.
